Strategic Account Manager

At Direct Marketing Solutions, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with our clients, driving growth and success through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute client marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact and strategic lead
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions that meet and exceed client goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, including USPS promotions and other relevant updates
- Participate in weekly client status calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure client success
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in product and/or performance marketing roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing concepts
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to connect client problems with viable solutions
