About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team at Strategic Pharmaceutical Solutions. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration of our Vetsource platform into veterinary practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with veterinary practice leadership to review current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train veterinary practice staff on the Vetsource platform, adapting training sessions to meet the unique needs of each practice.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to provide exceptional customer experiences and ensure seamless integration of our platform.
  • Provide recommendations and resources to veterinary practices based on their specific needs and interests.
  • Maintain a proactive and innovative approach to implementing the Vetsource platform.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the veterinary industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification in Animal Science, preferred.
  • Experience with software and systems such as Google Suite, Salesforce, and Calendly, preferred.
