About You
  • You have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical office or similar environment.
  • You are proficient in electronic health record platforms and Windows products.
  • You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities

This role requires the following responsibilities:

  • Managing patient data and ensuring accurate and timely entry into electronic health records.
  • Handling phone calls and responding to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assisting the administrative team with tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing paperwork.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
