We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Providence Transitional Care in Anchorage, AK. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our elderly patients, helping them recover from operations and injuries.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for performing basic routine nursing duties/tasks, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and working under the supervision of a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
  • A National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Prior experience as a nurse aide, nursing assistant, or private caregiver is preferred, but not required. We offer comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your role.
