The Ameswell Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for proactively prospecting, facilitating, and closing group and catering business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with potential clients, including SMERF groups, tour operators, and wedding planners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with hotel staff and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of successful experience in proactive hotel sales.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software programs.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental benefits, vision benefits, disability insurance, and 401(k) matching.
