Job Description
This Manager 2 - Software Development role is part of the Mailchimp team at Intuit. You will lead high-velocity teams in developing and implementing software products that create great sales, support, and live experiences for our customers. You will collaborate with various teams across Intuit and contribute to multiple components in different Business Units.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement software products using Agile methodologies and SaaS technologies
- Lead positive change and empower people to cultivate product technology visions and innovative solutions
- Foster effective engineering teams through strong leadership and communication skills
- Drive the future roadmap with a strong understanding of business acumen and technology trends
- Experience working with mobile-first products and expertise in software design/architecture processes

Salary and Benefits
