We are currently seeking a Pension Plan Administrator who is detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be self-driven, and effectively manage their own caseload while adhering to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of engagement management, ensuring compliance and conducting discrimination testing.
  • Manage distribution and loan processing along with regulatory reporting.
  • Handle various tasks related to client engagements with a proactive approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Defined Contribution Administration.
  • Experience in Defined Benefit Administration is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with DATAIR or FT Williams software is a plus.
  • Accounting knowledge is beneficial.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and reliability.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer relations abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
  • Professional demeanor.
