  • A friendly demeanor and a positive outlook

  • Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills
  • The capability to interpret data for informed decision-making
  • Clear and concise communication with colleagues and clients

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the satisfaction of each Special Events Guest
  • Transform requests for proposals (RFPs) and inquiries for social events into confirmed bookings
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Team
  • Process check requests and invoices as necessary
  • Present upselling opportunities to Event Hosts

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Compensation Range: $19 - $22.5
