Position Overview:
As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role at the U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command, providing essential support and expertise in managing information technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Local Network Enterprise Center (LNEC), ensuring smooth operations at the facility.
- Offer technical guidance and support to personnel, enhancing system performance and reliability.
- Manage a diverse range of server applications and programs, ensuring they meet the operational needs of the organization.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must be U.S. Citizens and meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of one year of specialized experience in IT, including:
1. Administration of file sharing software applications.
2. Monitoring and maintaining compliance across multiple virtual platforms such as Hyper-V and VMWare.
3. Identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities within information systems.
4. Enhancing the functionality of organizational networks.
- Demonstrated competencies in:
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in completing tasks with minimal oversight.
- Customer Service: Ability to effectively assist clients and resolve issues.
- Oral Communication: Skill in conveying information clearly and effectively.
- Problem Solving: Proficiency in identifying issues and generating solutions.

Education:
Experience is the primary qualification for this role; educational qualifications are not a substitute.
