Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and attentively assess their requirements.
- Effectively communicate and foster a positive rapport with the technician team.
- Inform customers about warranty options, potential savings, and the benefits of trading in versus repairing their equipment.
- Oversee the dealership's operations by ensuring an accurate schedule for both internal workflows and porter services.
- Contact customers to update them on service needs, technician recommendations, and completion timelines.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Service Advisor or in a comparable position.
- Self-driven with excellent customer service capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of the powersports sector, including technological and maintenance demands.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software (such as Lightspeed).
- Outstanding customer service skills, particularly in interpersonal communication.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant training and/or certifications in the Service Advisor field.
