- Leadership and Collaboration: Delegate nursing care activities, provide supervision, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Licensure and Certification: Current RN licensure recognized by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing is required. ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications are also required within specified timeframes.
- Education and Experience: Associate Degree in Nursing with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. Completion of all competencies as identified on the departmental nurse competency grid is also required.
