Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple phone lines and coordinate with the team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Schedule appointments and check patients in and out efficiently.
  • Process payments and discuss payment alternatives with clients.
  • Collect important client information and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist pet owners in identifying pet emergencies and provide guidance on basic pet needs.
  • Fax patient charts as needed and contact owners with bloodwork results.
  • Document client communications and note prescription requests.
  • Restock office supplies, maintain a clean reception area, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Run end-of-day reports and maintain accurate records.
