Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary support for PeopleSoft Payroll functional activities.
  • Review and modify PeopleSoft code as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the entire pay cycle, including setup, end-to-end processing, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools like Application Engine, SQR, and PeopleSoft Query.
  • Ability to review and modify code, including retrofitting.
  • Payroll Check to Check comparison.
  • Review of all mass uploads (Time Attendance, Adhoc uploads, etc.) and export from payroll.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong technical and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll and Core HR.
  • Experience working in a complex payroll environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience on Contract modules will be a great addition.

Oracle HCM Integration:

Experience integrating PeopleSoft Payroll with Oracle HCM modules is a plus.
