About the Role

This is a remote position with Camptra Technologies, a leading technology company.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation or support and strong knowledge of Oracle Global HR and payroll integrations. Familiarity with Kronos is a plus. This role requires over 12 years of experience in IT and the ability to work onsite with up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation and/or support projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Oracle Global HR module.
  • Practical experience with either Oracle Fusion Absence or OTL, with a good grasp of OTL and payroll integration.
  • Familiarity with Kronos integration with Oracle Cloud is preferred, but not required.
  • Solid knowledge of Oracle Cloud Elements, Payroll tables, experience with Payroll Fast Formulas, Payroll processes, HCM Extracts, Payroll Integrations, BI & OTBI reporting, and HDL.
  • Good understanding of OTL including multiple HCM groups, OTL Fast Formulas, overtime calculations based on FLSA rules, employee shifts, and schedules.
Requirements
  • At least 12+ years of experience in IT.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support.
  • Expertise in Payroll Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, and Payroll data conversions for the US.
  • Oracle Payroll/OTL certification preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite with a minimum of 50% travel required.
