Job Description

PayPal is seeking an experienced Ad Sales Executive to drive growth in our expanding Ads business. This key role focuses on prospecting, business development, and sales, targeting a select group of PayPal merchant partners.

You will utilize your industry connections to secure opportunities for enterprise and mid-market brands to feature offers across PayPal's marketing channels. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in launching and growing ad platforms. This is a commission-based role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage data-driven insights and a consultative sales approach to deliver impactful solutions that drive measurable results.
  • Develop new customer relationships for advanced offers and work with leads from our enterprise and mid-market commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to onboard customers to our advanced offers platform.
Requirements
  • Digital advertising sales or payments sales experience with 6+ years of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Card-linked offer sales/management preferred.
  • Ability to break and grow business by developing long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Leverage CRM tools to create and manage a pipeline that is consistently updated and accurate.
  • Data-driven selling and comfortable with business and media performance metrics.
  • Influence decisions up and across an organization through excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
