Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account. This includes managing and leading a team of associates, overseeing all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account, and collaborating with the marketing and culinary team to roll out new culinary programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account.
  • Plan and create all menus.
  • Purchase and manage inventory.
  • Develop and implement new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience.
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential.
  • Previous experience managing cost controls.
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.
