Culinary Services Director Job Summary

The Culinary Services Director is a key position responsible for overseeing all culinary aspects within our community. This role requires exceptional leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality, nutritious meals that exceed our residents' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage table service, purchasing, regulatory compliance, catering, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure seamless culinary operations.
  • Cultivate positive resident relations by engaging with residents, understanding their preferences, and addressing any concerns that arise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to create memorable dining experiences for residents and their guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma with a degree in culinary arts preferred
  • 3+ years of direct supervisory experience in an assisted living/memory care environment
  • A history of creating and executing memorable dining experiences for residents and their guests
  • Exceptional teambuilding and leadership skills
  • Strong financial judgment
