Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at PLATINUM ACCOUNTING LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar for employees.
  • Organize meetings and ensure accurate minutes are kept.
  • Compose emails, memos, and letters, and distribute them accordingly.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system.
  • Develop, update, and implement office procedures as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or administrative training is preferred.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of time management principles are essential.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
