Administrative Support Specialist

At PLATINUM ACCOUNTING LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources needed to perform their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar for the team
- Plan and coordinate meetings, as well as take accurate minutes
- Prepare and distribute emails, memos, and letters as required
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents
- Develop, update, and implement efficient office procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or administrative training preferred
- Familiarity with standard office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
