Position Overview:

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Regional Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects within the healthcare sector across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative oversight to nursing personnel, focusing on clinical excellence, customer satisfaction, workforce management, organizational culture, and financial stewardship.
  • Exercise strategic leadership across all operational functions, ensuring services are effectively tailored to meet the needs of patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze, strategize, and implement operational plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Act as a liaison among various stakeholders, including administration, medical staff, and external organizations, to streamline operations and resolve challenges.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, enhance revenue streams, and achieve quality benchmarks.
  • Foster interdepartmental collaboration to ensure a cohesive approach to service delivery and operational objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of operational and financial reports, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
  • Manage regional budgetary requirements and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Establish schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet operational commitments.
  • Conduct market assessments to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.
  • Direct personnel functions, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related field is required. A master's degree is strongly preferred.

Experience: A minimum of five years in healthcare administration or clinic management is essential, with a focus on operational and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of practice operations, patient care quality, and financial management. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
