Position Overview:
The Senior Vice President of Oncology Operations holds comprehensive P&L accountability and is tasked with achieving consistent year-over-year revenue enhancement and profitability within the designated Region.

Key Responsibilities:

This role encompasses strategic planning and execution, identification of acquisition opportunities, driving operational excellence, overseeing regional business development, and optimizing logistics for sustained growth.

The individual will be responsible for national managed care contracting and various high-priority projects, engaging with Senior and Executive Leadership on strategic matters as required.

Core Duties Include:

Collaborating with Senior Management to set both short- and long-term growth objectives for the region; formulating a strategic plan that aligns with corporate goals while effectively allocating regional resources for successful implementation.

Overseeing the Region's Profit & Loss and revenue performance; executing the regional budget, monitoring and forecasting performance against budget, identifying opportunities for favorable performance trends, and implementing action plans to optimize financial outcomes.


Leadership of Regional Sales and Business Development:

Conducting market assessments for new business prospects, monitoring the customer pipeline for at-risk accounts, evaluating potential acquisition targets, and/or new product development initiatives; executing territory plans in collaboration with the Business Development Director, Operations Director, Account Sales Managers, and Account Executives to achieve growth objectives and enhance market share.

Reviewing and approving all customer deal structures (Fixed Site, Oncology, Mobile, etc.); ensuring compliance with the Company's ROI/IRR standards; presenting new models to Senior Management and approving all customer agreements.

Championing operational excellence; leading Operations and Logistics teams to ensure project management and delivery enhance both top-line and bottom-line performance while ensuring client satisfaction.

In partnership with the Marketing Director, guiding Account Executives to ensure marketing initiatives and strategies lead to improved growth among existing customers.

Establishing and nurturing key client relationships; expanding networks within the healthcare sector, trade associations, governmental bodies, public service organizations, and relevant vendors as necessary.

Ensuring compliance with regional regulations, quality, and safety programs, maintaining the highest standards of patient care, including adherence to ACR, JCAHO, OSHPOD, DHS, DH, and other relevant standards.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of direct P&L oversight within a for-profit, multi-site, complex healthcare service organization.

Experience in developing and executing business development, marketing, and operational strategies aimed at enhancing both top-line and bottom-line performance is essential. Prior experience in Imaging is advantageous but not mandatory. The role necessitates approximately 40% travel. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies may be a condition of employment.
