Role Overview
The Vice President of Operations is responsible for the effective management of various teams, including Furniture, Architectural Walls, Moves, Project Management, Warehousing, Flooring Operations, and Greensboro Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and administration of the operations team, including supervision, hiring, training, and personnel development.
- Develop and implement annual business plans for each functional area.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to assess financial performance and implement necessary actions.
- Foster a strong leadership team through coaching and accountability.
- Lead the hiring and management of operations leadership personnel.
- Drive the development of all direct reports, emphasizing Situational Leadership principles.
- Ensure participation in ongoing training programs.
- Provide oversight for project management, installation, quality assurance, scheduling, and warehouse operations.
- Lead safety initiatives to maintain a secure working environment.
- Document and enhance operational processes and procedures.
- Conduct monthly team meetings to promote communication and cooperation.

Facility Management
- Manage all facility requirements, including maintenance and inspections.

Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for all installation projects.

General Responsibilities
- Provide regular updates to the President on job status.
- Uphold company policies and maintain a professional environment.
- Foster a culture aligned with the company's values of integrity, excellence, and concern for others.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of operations management experience in the office furniture sector is preferred.
- Proven experience in profit and loss management with a track record of cost control.
- Ability to create and implement effective business plans.
- Strong work ethic and capacity to manage a high workload.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and develop team members.
- A valid driver's license is required.
