    • Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
    • Hire, train, schedule, coach, counsel, and motivate employees to maintain high levels of employee morale and department productivity.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Monitor and control departmental expenditures to ensure meeting operational standards while maintaining annual budget.
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Hotel Management preferred or equivalent experience required.
    • Five years minimum experience in Sales in the hotel industry, including at least three years in a hotel sales leadership role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires up to 10% travel.
