About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our team at 24 Hour Fitness. As a key member of our club management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving member satisfaction, and leading a high-performing sales and service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve member satisfaction
  • Lead a high-performing sales and service team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Partner with the club Fitness Manager to execute company fitness initiatives and improve the member experience
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard skilled sales and service-focused individuals to support team growth and success
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve member retention
Requirements
  • 2+ years of progressive retail or sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving member satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
