Job Title: Director, Commercial Sales

At ATN International Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Commercial Sales to join our team. This leadership role requires a combination of enterprise sales expertise, understanding of commercial data products, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Job Summary

The Director, Commercial Sales will develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive alignment with our business goals across enterprise commercial sectors. This includes conducting market analysis, managing the commercial sales budget, and representing the company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify commercial growth opportunities and differentiate the market.
  • Manage the commercial sales budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and forge strategic partnerships.
  • Lead and support commercial sales strategy development to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of commercial sales activities using data-driven insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in telecommunications industry with a focus on commercial sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Excellent written and oral communication and people skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience leading sales and revenue generation for communications services providers.
  • Experience in rural markets, preferably in the Southwest.
