Strategic Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Associate to join our team at Pluralsight. As a key member of our Operational Performance leadership team, you will play a critical role in analyzing, evaluating, and making recommendations on company strategy.
About the Role:- Conduct industry and user research to identify market trends and consumer behavior.
- Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with strategy team members to develop and implement high-quality research and analysis.
- Design and deliver internal strategy presentations to stakeholders.
- Partner with business teams across the organization to ensure implementation of strategy recommendations.
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier school, 3-4 years of experience OR Graduate from a top-tier school (e.g., MBA) and 1-2 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or company strategy team.
- Demonstrable passion for Pluralsight's mission and culture.
- A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality and bias to action.
- A strong interest in Learning and Development.

Travel Requirements: While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.
Physical and Mental Requirements: Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
EEOC Statement: The annual US base salary range for this role is $128,000 - $158,000 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary and variable, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
