Executive Director WW Hematology-Multiple Myeloma IMiD Portfolio

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our WW Hematology-Multiple Myeloma IMiD Portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and growth of this $14B portfolio, which has been a key driver of advancing patient outcomes in myeloma.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the cross-functional WW brand team to refine brand strategies, prioritize challenges and opportunities, and develop solutions to address market needs.
  2. Drive ongoing launches of new indications and ensure competitive readiness.
  3. Develop a high-performing team with strong marketing capabilities and motivate them to achieve goals and drive innovative solutions.
  4. Collaborate with core markets to globalize best practices and gain a deep understanding of market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
  5. Engage with key customers and opinion leaders to establish strong partnerships and ensure customer feedback and customer-centric thinking.
  6. Develop and communicate strategic plans, ensuring alignment of stakeholders across functions, geographies, and levels.

Requirements:

  1. 10 years of biopharmaceutical marketing experience with a minimum of 4 years in hematology/oncology and 2 years in local/regional marketing.
  2. Understanding of and experience working in global markets, ideally in Hem/Onc area.
  3. Skilled at developing strategic plans, positioning, branding, messaging, and marketing campaigns, with digital marketing and NPP experience a plus.
  4. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and adeptness with business analytics and forecasting.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make compelling presentations to executive management and strong influencing skills.
  6. Ability to travel within the US and internationally (25% travel).
