Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree in a healthcare-related discipline is preferred; CPHQ or other quality certifications are also preferred.

Experience:
Proven leadership in Performance Improvement is preferred.

A minimum of three years of experience in behavioral health or acute care is preferred.

Experience in healthcare quality, performance, or process improvement is preferred.

Additional Requirements:
Previous experience in preparing and delivering professional presentations to executive leadership teams. Involvement in accreditation activities and survey preparation. Engagement in provider performance improvement initiatives. Familiarity with risk management, credentialing, grievances, Peer Review, or OPPE processes. Experience in healthcare-related performance improvement or project management. Demonstrated leadership abilities, knowledge of regulatory aspects of healthcare, QAPI principles, education, and outcomes. A comprehensive understanding of Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and other state and federal regulatory standards is desirable.
