Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Solugenix Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and supporting the growth of our organization.

About the Role:

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to management, providing guidance on human resource-related issues and acting as an employee advocate and change agent. You will communicate needs proactively with our HR department and business management, seeking to develop integrated solutions that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees.
  • Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's strategic plans, its culture, and its goals.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and training objectives are met for the organization.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with support from supporting teams.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience in HR.
  • Strong Learning & Development experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and procedures.
What We Offer:

As an HR Business Partner at Solugenix Corporation, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $110,000, depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
