Volt is actively seeking a Remote Service Management Consultant who will play a pivotal role in the integration of SAP Service Management. This position entails working remotely, dedicating approximately 15% to 20% of your time to the integration of various SAP Service Management components, including Repair (Depot) Service Orders and Warranty Verification.

As a key contributor, you will leverage Oracle Service Cloud to facilitate communication between SAP and business clients through APIs, while also utilizing Advanced Exchanges in your processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement gathering and create functional specifications, including diagrams and flow charts for approximately 30% of your role.
  • Manage service requests and address production ticket issues from business partners after a thorough knowledge transfer, accounting for another 30% of your responsibilities.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including the PO middleware and infrastructure teams, for the remaining 20% of your time.
  • Participate in an S4 Hana Rollout project in the near future.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SAP Service Management, particularly in configuring modules and integrating with other SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Logistics (SD/MM/PP).
  • Strong functional understanding of SAP Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, including Service Orders and Warranty Claims.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP implementation across multiple projects, with a focus on design and solution architecture within the CS module.
  • Ability to write functional specifications for technical teams and conduct Functional Unit Testing to validate changes.

Compensation:

The pay rate for this position ranges from $80/hour to $95/hour, determined by various factors including education, experience, and specific job duties.
