Overview:
VOLT Management is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Management Consultant/Business Functional Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role involves significant engagement in the integration of SAP Service Management, specifically focusing on Repair (Depot) Service Orders and Warranty Verification.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Management Consultant, your role will encompass various responsibilities, including:

  • Integrating SAP Service Management with Oracle Service Cloud through APIs, acting as a liaison between business clients and technical teams.
  • Conducting requirement gathering sessions and developing functional specifications, including diagrams and flow charts.
  • Managing service requests and addressing production ticket issues from business partners after a thorough knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the PO middleware and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participating in the upcoming S4 Hana Rollout, contributing to the project’s success.

Functional Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess strong configuration skills in SAP, enabling them to perform necessary tasks based on project requirements. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Writing functional specifications for the technical team to facilitate development.
  • Conducting Functional Unit Testing to validate changes made to the system.
  • Ensuring effective communication of project status and issues to management.
  • Coordinating user acceptance testing and system implementation planning.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:

  • A solid background in SAP Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, including Service Orders and Warranty Claims.
  • Experience in configuring SAP Service Management modules and integrating them with other SAP components.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC Customer Service (SAP-CRM) and a strong understanding of related processes.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, LSMW, and MS Excel, with a minimum of 5 years of SAP experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position ranges from $80/hour to $95/hour, depending on various factors such as education, experience, and specific job duties.
