Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Cplse as a Business Development Representative, where you will be responsible for driving new business growth and maintaining relationships with existing clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our territory revenues and increasing revenue with existing clients through new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and close new business opportunities to expand territory revenues.
  • Increase revenue with existing clients through new business offerings and solutions.
  • Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Act as a liaison between our clients and Cplse, providing outstanding customer service through regular visits and communication.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to new and existing clients.
  • Report market trends and competitor activity to management in a timely manner.
  • Complete all required reporting, including sales reports and business plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3-5 years of medical sales experience, with a preference for clinical laboratory sales.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs.
  • Strong closing skills, with a thorough understanding of the sales process.
  • Ability to manage a large client base while meeting new sales objectives.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop solutions to meet client and company goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Web Mail.
