Business Development Representative

At Interstates, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or account management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
