About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland Company. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Risk Management Initiatives: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations, engineering, and safety teams to ensure effective implementation of risk management initiatives.
  • Develop and Maintain Reports: Create and maintain reports on risk management activities, including site inspections, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees understand risk management policies and procedures.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that our risk management strategies are effective and compliant.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, safety, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in risk management, safety, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
