Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with company goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • University degree in agriculture, business, economics, finance, or accounting.
  • Experience in marketing commodities and related products in North America is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a high-risk, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sales skills and an aggressive personality are essential.
  • Proven ability to assess risk and make sound judgments.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the domestic trade.
  • Ability to manage effectively within a team-based work environment.
  • Capacity to develop and maintain effective working relationships with end-users, suppliers, and internal customers.
