Dedicated Diesel Vehicle Maintenance Specialist

This position involves leading the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of diesel vehicles to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The successful candidate will have significant experience in diesel mechanics or refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and repair of fleet diesel vehicles, including tractors, trailers, and reefers.
- Preventative maintenance within company standards.
- Documentation of all repair orders, PM lists, and parts accountability.
- Handling road service calls and performing road rescue/transport equipment as needed.
- At least 3 years of commercial diesel mechanic or reefer experience.
- Ability to comply with EPA and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.
We offer a competitive salary starting at $32 per hour, plus a $10,000 retention bonus. Additionally, we provide an annual tool allowance, medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and flexible scheduling.
