About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our dynamic cluster of states, including Washington, Alaska, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships with regional and local distributors, ensuring alignment in market, portfolio, and people to achieve Stripped Net Sales (SNS) and Gross Profit goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set strategic direction for the geography, portfolio, and cross-functional team to align resources and deliver stripped net sales and operating income performance for the cluster of markets.
  • Create annual and long-term plans that build our future business, holding full accountability for the P&L across all markets, channels, and accounts within the cluster.
  • Identify areas of risk and opportunity, developing and communicating plans to address each.
  • Manage resource allocation and budget processes, collaborating with the region team and marketing groups on the best use of Territory Marketing Funds (TMF).
  • Monitor and measure distributor performance within the cluster; create organizational focus on the B-F portfolio and support the B-F Sales Execution planning and accountability process.
Requirements
  • Seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry and demonstrated commercial leadership experience.
  • Inclusive leadership capability, able to inspire, motivate, and challenge to deliver results through a team.
  • Agile learner and leader, capable of leading in a VUCA environment.
  • Excellent communicator, able to inspire others and articulate a strong vision and direction.
  • Ability and willingness to travel over 50% of the time, including some weekends.
