The company is based in the National Capital Region and seeks highly skilled and experienced professionals to join its team as Business Analysts.

Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. You will lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.

You will participate and contribute to daily leadership stand-ups, daily development team SCRUMs, weekly IPTs, weekly executive briefings, and executive steering committee reporting as required. Additionally, you will provide general project management oversight on a day-to-day basis and report on progress.

You will align processes, operating models, and delivery frameworks with the Agile Scrum methodology and use Rational Team Concert (RTC) to manage backlogs. You will conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings, perform requirements analysis, document results, and communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

You will also gather critical information from meetings with stakeholders, produce useful reports, work closely with clients, provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff, and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Further responsibilities include managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring performance, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements, serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users, and monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
