About the Role

The Ambulatory Patient Throughput Optimization Specialist is a critical position at Unity Health Care, Inc. where you will have the opportunity to utilize your analytical and technical skills to optimize patient throughput operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Throughput Operations: Collaborate with Ambulatory and operational leadership to strategically plan and coordinate patient throughput system development, ensuring seamless integration of processes.
  • Epic Application Support: Provide technical support for Epic patient throughput applications, including Cadence Enterprise Scheduling and Prelude Registration, Patient Experience (MyChart), and other related systems.
  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices to enhance the patient experience and improve operational efficiency and revenue generation by analyzing and optimizing workflows and configurations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Obtain and maintain required certifications, such as Epic certification, within 180 days of hire.
  • Skills: Possess in-depth knowledge of Epic software applications, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Compensation

We offer an estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
