Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Software Developer to join our team at The Copper River Family of Companies. As an Outsystems developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using the OutSystems platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development teams to create cost-effective, business-enhancing applications.
  • Design, develop, and deploy high-performance applications ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all development processes and application architectures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes, performance optimization, and user experience.
  • Review project deliverables to ensure completeness for acceptance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience creating and designing applications in a structured IT enterprise.
  • Preferred: Minimum 5 years of experience with Outsystems application development, product onboarding, and business process improvement.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer; preferred.
  • Certification as an Associate Reactive/Traditional Web/ODC Developer by OutSystems is a plus.
  • Experience with API Development, Agile (SDLC) development, and mobile applications development is an added advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
