Work Schedule:
Monday & Tuesday 9 AM - 6 PM
Wednesday & Thursday 9 AM - 8 PM
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off

Key Responsibilities:
At Hire Velocity, our Counselors are essential to our mission. If you are passionate about facilitating group therapy, this position is tailored for you. We strive to redefine industry norms. You will not be tasked with managing every aspect of care for your clients independently.

As a Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in a collaborative care team that includes prescribers, care navigators, peer recovery coaches, and administrative staff.

This team works cohesively to provide a comprehensive clinical model, grounded in the belief that counseling, medication, and community support are fundamental to achieving lasting recovery.

Some primary duties include, but are not limited to:

- Lead the treatment team, serving as the authority on addiction and recovery, and coordinate decisions regarding client treatment.


- Manage a caseload and schedule that meets the needs of the office and region while enhancing your clinical skills.

- Collaborate with team members concerning the clinical service model.

- Facilitate 2-3* one-hour group therapy sessions that cultivate recovery skills and build community, utilizing our established curriculum.

- Document client progress through outcome measures (Core Milestones) and client feedback (NPS scores).

- Engage proactively in community outreach initiatives, distributing informational materials to community stakeholders to promote our mission.

- Attend and contribute to community meetings focused on substance abuse and addiction topics.

Qualifications:
- An active behavioral health license in Indiana, including but not limited to: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or associate-level licensure.

- A commitment to compassion, collaboration, quality care, and a focus on client success.

- Availability to work 2-3 evenings per week until 9 PM as needed.


- Preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills may include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, or medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
