About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team as a Hybrid Clinician. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive psychological therapy to patients struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the counseling needs of patients and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide substance abuse counseling services, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care coordination and continuity
  • Document all counseling and education services, assessments, and follow-up in patient records
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution
  • Three years of experience in substance use, mental health, or a related field
  • Licensure or certification in counseling, as required by the state
  • Credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or other relevant credential
