We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Midwest Dental. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and communication skills, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team members, supporting each other to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $18, plus benefits including paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
