Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer - Learning and Development to lead the design and development of training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will evaluate our curricula, identify training needs, and develop effective learning experiences that drive business results.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs, curriculum, and materials that meet the needs of diverse audiences
  • Evaluate curricula and identify training needs, gaps, and requirements within the organization
  • Partner with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and develop training content
  • Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure its functionality, reliability, and security
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to employees and our Board of Directors as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Learning and Development
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience developing eLearning content
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with behavior/organizational change methodologies/principles
  • Experience in a Digital Health or healthcare environment
