Your Role at MOBE

As an Instructional Designer - Learning and Development, you will play a critical role in designing and developing training programs, curricula, and materials for various audiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts to define learning objectives, evaluate curricula, and identify training needs. Your expertise in adult learning principles and methodologies will be essential in creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Design: Develop compelling narratives and flows for live and eLearning trainings, incorporating a variety of learning activities that drive learning outcomes.
  • Content Development: Apply industry best practices in presentation design, leveraging tools like PowerPoint and Articulate to create engaging and informative content.
  • Learning Management System: Administer and maintain the LMS, ensuring its functionality, reliability, and security, while providing technical support and training to employees and the Board of Directors.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of onsite training programs, including coordination, setup, and facilitation.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, maintaining respectful and timely communication.
  • Undertake additional learning and development projects as assigned by the Manager of L&D, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to addressing organizational needs.
Position Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Learning and Development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and eLearning development tools.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome candidates with experience in:

  • Behavioral and organizational change methodologies.
  • Digital health or healthcare environments.
