We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Support Technician to become an integral part of our mission to enhance the lives of children with developmental challenges. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with clients in a supportive and engaging environment.

Your Role

As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will:

  • Provide individualized support to children in their homes, fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Implement tailored behavior intervention strategies and assist in conducting assessments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Compensation and Benefits

Who We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related fields
  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • The physical ability to engage actively with clients, including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Your Schedule

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work with a minimum caseload of one client. Typical service hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 3 PM to 8 PM
  • Weekends: 9 AM to 8 PM

Most of our clients are aged between 4 and 14, providing you with the chance to make a significant impact during critical developmental phases.
