Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to support our operations at the Quincy Plant.

Role Highlights:

The Quincy Plant plays a crucial role in extracting and concentrating nutrients for our Nutrilite Brand. Operating continuously, the plant runs six days a week with two shift options: from early morning to late afternoon or from late afternoon to early morning. The position entails a 36-hour work week, structured over rotating schedules.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will engage with a collaborative team, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the plant's processes. This position offers a clear pathway for career advancement through a structured skill development program.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary duties will include:

  • Learning and operating machinery that transforms liquid concentrate into dried products.
  • Participating in the extraction and concentration processes, including product preparation, equipment operation, quality assurance testing, and equipment sanitation.
  • Maintaining compliance with GMP regulations by accurately completing necessary documentation.
  • Training fellow team members on established standards and procedures as you progress in your role.
  • Contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Capability to lift and transport 50 lbs.
  • Experience in food manufacturing, equipment troubleshooting, or cGMP environments is advantageous.
