Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABA Helps, LLC. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, providing flexibility in your work schedule.

Compensation:
- Part-time pay: $65 - $75 per hour (includes a signing bonus of $1000)
- Full-time hours: 25 billable and 5 non-billable (includes a signing bonus of $2000)

- Provide supervision, on-site training, support, and mentorship for Behavioral Therapists.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and manage caseloads effectively.
