Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Pharmacy Technician and Community Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with patients, healthcare staff, and pharmacy teams to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Participating in team meetings to discuss patient care and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Educating patients about available services and how to maximize their benefits from our pharmacy offerings.

  • Conducting follow-up calls with patients post-discharge to ensure adherence to aftercare plans.
  • Identifying and addressing barriers to care, including assisting with insurance and financial inquiries.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • An active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License or Certification in your state.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or pharmacy setting.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

We value candidates who bring additional strengths, such as:

  • Experience in behavioral or mental health environments.
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
