Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time Strategic Account Executive (SAE) for our Institutional sector. This position is pivotal in fostering relationships with major institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and drive new business development to broaden our client base and increase sales.
2. Ensure seamless collaboration and engagement with local market teams (General Manager, Account Executive, Project Coordinator) for ongoing account management.
3. Cultivate strong internal relationships to promote a team-oriented approach and network.
4. Execute essential administrative tasks that support the sales function.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A proven ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment, demonstrating self-motivation and goal orientation with a successful track record.
- A collaborative mindset, essential for achieving success.
- A genuine passion for sales, with a commission-driven approach that leads to high earnings.
- Extensive sales experience in a B2B context.
- Proven experience in the institutional market or with significant key accounts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building robust client relationships.
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous.

Position Details:

This is a remote, field-based sales role, with expected travel up to 50%.

Compensation and Benefits:
